Chakra balancing isn't a separate service, but a natural part of every Reiki treatment, whether you choose a home visit or distance Reiki. Reiki works with your entire energy system, so your seven chakras are naturally included in every treatment.
What are the seven chakras?
According to chakra teachings, there are seven main energy centres running from the base of the spine to the crown of the head. Each chakra is associated with different physical, emotional and personal themes.
Chakra balancing aims to harmonise these energy centres and support a balanced flow of energy throughout the system.

What can you expect from chakra balancing?
During your Reiki treatment, I work with different hand positions along the seven chakras. I intuitively tune into your energy system and sense where a little more attention may be needed. My focus remains on your energy system as a whole, harmonising the chakras and supporting a balanced flow of energy.
